Herding Event Update: Food Available

Great news — we will have food and drinks for sale at the trial, so bring your cash! The caterer will be at the trial on both Saturday and Sunday from 11 to 1 with a variety of food. You don’t have to pre-order your lunch; you may just purchase it at the event.

Everything is homemade. Some examples of things they can serve are: pulled pork, meatball sub, grilled chicken sandwich, burgers and hot dogs, homemade potato and macaroni salads, and desserts. They are open to suggestions, and they try to make different foods each day. We will also have drinks available: iced tea, sodas, lemonade, water.

June 10-11 Herding Events Open for Beardie Entries

The NCBCC June Herding Trials will take place June 10 & 11, 2017 at Scarlett’s Mill Farm in Birdsboro, PA. Judges are Louis Thompson and Ann Marie Ely.

The event opened on April 10 to Bearded Collie entries only. All-breed entries open on April 28.

In addition to AKC tests and trials, BCCA Instinct Testing (HIC) and AKC Farm Dog testing will be offered.

Volunteers are needed! We need timing/scribing help, but we also need help with simple tasks like score running and laying out breakfast and lunch. All volunteers will be entered into a special raffle for fabulous prizes!
